About Matrix Tile Print

A tile print studio that owns the whole process.

Based in Dubai and serving the entire UAE, we specialise in one thing: hand screen-printing ceramic and porcelain tiles to any design a client can imagine. Every tile is printed with powder colour and fired in our own kiln at 800 to 900 degrees Celsius, fusing the pigment into the surface permanently rather than sitting on top of it.

Because we run our own manufacturing unit and never outsource a project, we control quality, timelines, and cost from the first sketch to installation, and we've done it for over 5 years.

Screen printing vs. UV printing vs. sublimation, in short

Screen printing

Screen printing pushes powder colour by hand through a mesh screen onto each tile, then fires it in a kiln so the pigment fuses into the ceramic itself.

UV printing

UV printing cures liquid ink with ultraviolet light on the tile surface; it is fast, but the ink sits on the glaze rather than inside it.

Sublimation

Sublimation transfers dye using heat and pressure, which works on coated surfaces but tends to fade faster in direct sun.

Hand screen printing with kiln firing takes longer and costs more upfront, but it is the most durable of the three methods, which is why it's what we use for every order.

Our services

Our tile printing services in Dubai.

Every service below is hand screen-printed and kiln-fired at our facility, not outsourced to a third-party printer.

Ceramic Tile Printing example

Ceramic Tile

Classic glazed ceramic tiles printed with any photo, pattern, or logo, suited to kitchens, bathrooms, and feature walls.

Porcelain Tile Printing example

Porcelain Tile

Denser and less porous than ceramic, porcelain holds fine detail and colour well, making it the stronger choice for floors and high-traffic areas.

View Porcelain Tile services →

Ceramic tiles are made from red or white clay fired at a lower temperature, while porcelain is made from denser, purified clay fired at a higher temperature, making it harder, less porous, and better suited to floors, outdoor spaces, and busy commercial areas. Both take a hand screen-printed design equally well.

Floor Design

Custom printed floor tiles built to handle daily footfall in homes, hotel lobbies, and retail stores without losing colour or texture over time.

Wall Design

Feature walls, murals, and branded backsplashes printed to size for kitchens, bathrooms, reception areas, and restaurant interiors.

Table Design

Printed tabletop tiles for cafes, restaurants, and outdoor dining areas, fired to resist heat, scratching, and daily wiping down.

Border Printing

Decorative printed borders that frame a floor, staircase, pool edge, or feature wall with a repeating pattern or brand colour. Border printing works well around pool decks, along hallway skirting, and as a frame for a larger wall mural.

Mosaic Tile

Multi-tile printed mosaics for hotel lobbies, pool walls, and large feature installations, printed and fired together as one matched batch so colour stays consistent across every piece.

Why choose us

The best ceramic tile printing service in Dubai.

01

Our Own Factory

We design, print, and fire every tile at our own facility. Nothing is outsourced to a third-party printer, so we control quality and delivery dates ourselves instead of depending on someone else's production schedule.

02

Lifetime Guarantee

Kiln-fired pigment is fused into the tile rather than sitting on the surface, which is what makes it more resistant to fading and wear than UV or digitally printed alternatives. Every order is backed by our Lifetime Guarantee.

03

Handmade Screen Printing

Each colour layer is pushed through a screen by hand, tile by tile, the same traditional method used on tiles that have lasted in buildings for generations. It takes longer than automated digital printing, but the result holds colour and detail for longer.

04

Affordable Tile Printing

Because your order doesn't pass through a separate design agency, a separate printer, and a separate kiln operator, you pay factory-direct pricing instead of three markups stacked on top of each other.

Will the printed colour fade over time?

Kiln-fired pigment is fused into the tile itself, so it resists fading far better than UV or digitally printed tiles, where the ink sits on top of the glaze. Years of direct, unfiltered sun will test any material, but hand screen-printed and fired tiles are built to hold their colour under normal indoor and outdoor use.

How we print ceramic tiles

From your design to fired tile.

Every tile goes through the same five steps, whether it's a single feature tile for a villa or several hundred tiles for a hotel lobby.

1

Share your design.

You send a concept, drawing, or reference. We advise on tile type and layout.

2

Screen preparation.

We prepare the printing screens for each colour and element of your design.

3

Handmade printing.

Powder colour is screen-printed onto each tile by hand, layer by layer.

4

Kiln firing.

Tiles are fired at 800 to 900 degrees Celsius, permanently fusing colour into the surface.

5

Deliver across UAE.

Quality-checked, packed, and delivered to your site anywhere in the Emirates.

Areas we serve

Based in Dubai, delivering across the UAE.

Yes, we deliver outside Dubai. Matrix Tile Print serves clients across every emirate from our own production facility.

The UAE's combination of intense summer heat, high humidity, and coastal salt air (especially in Sharjah, Ajman, and Fujairah) is harder on printed surfaces than most climates. Standard vinyl wraps and digitally printed tiles tend to yellow, peel, or bubble within a year or two of exposure to direct sun, bathroom steam, or a humid coastline. Because our designs are fired into the ceramic or porcelain itself rather than applied on top of it, they hold up whether the tile is on a courtyard wall in Al Ain or inside a steam-heavy hotel bathroom in Downtown Dubai.

How we compare

How we compare to tile printing companies in Dubai.

We looked at how other tile printing providers in Dubai and the UAE operate, including Artplus, ArtSmiley, Art Concept, Color Track, DESCO, Yalla Printing, Indus Dubai, and Aximer Ceramics. None of them run their own hand screen-printing and kiln-firing process; they use UV-cured or digital and sublimation printers instead. And for all of them, tile printing is one line item among dozens of unrelated products, whether that's apparel, mugs, signage, sculptures, or porcelain slab supply, rather than a dedicated specialty.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Yes. Send us the photo, logo, or design and we'll advise on the best tile type, size, and layout before preparing the printing screens.

Screen printing hand-applies powder colour through a mesh screen and fires it into the tile in a kiln. UV printing cures liquid ink on the surface with ultraviolet light. Sublimation transfers dye using heat and pressure onto a coated surface. Screen printing with kiln firing is the most durable of the three because the colour becomes part of the tile itself.

Ceramic tiles use red or white clay fired at a lower temperature; porcelain uses denser, purified clay fired at a higher temperature, making it harder and less porous. Porcelain is generally better for floors and outdoor or high-traffic areas.

Kiln-fired pigment is fused into the tile itself, so it resists fading far better than surface-applied prints. See the durability section above for more detail.

Higher-resolution images produce sharper results at larger tile sizes, while a low-resolution phone screenshot will look soft on anything larger than a small tile. We check every image before production and advise if a higher-resolution source is needed.

Yes. For larger commercial orders we recommend a physical sample tile before committing to full production, so you can confirm colour and finish in person.

Turnaround depends on order size and whether a physical sample is requested first, typically 3 to 7 business days.

Border printing works well around pool decks, along hallway or staircase skirting, framing a larger wall mural, or marking the edge of a feature floor.

No. Every tile we produce is designed, screen-printed, and kiln-fired at our own facility.

Yes. We deliver across all seven emirates, including Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain, and Al Ain.
