How we make it
From Your Design to a Fired, Permanent Tile
Every Matrix tile is hand screen-printed with powder colour and fired at 800 to 900 degrees Celsius in our own kiln. Here's exactly how a project moves through our studio: six steps, fully in-house, never outsourced.
How a tile moves through our studio

Share your design.
You send us a concept, drawing, photo, or brand pattern along with your surface and dimensions. We advise on whether ceramic or porcelain suits the project and confirm layout, colours, and quantities.

Screen preparation.
We separate your design into its individual colours and prepare a dedicated printing screen for each one. This is the craft foundation that lets us reproduce fine detail consistently across every tile.

Handmade screen printing.
Powder colour is screen-printed onto each tile by hand, one layer and one colour at a time. Doing it by hand gives the depth and character that machine printing can't match.

Kiln firing at 800 to 900 degrees Celsius.
The printed tiles are fired in our own kiln at 800 to 900 degrees Celsius. At this temperature the powder colour fuses permanently into the tile surface. The tile may one day break, but the colour will never fade.

Quality check.
Every batch is inspected for colour accuracy, alignment, and finish before it leaves the studio. Because we manufacture in-house, quality control stays entirely with us.

Delivery across the UAE.
Finished tiles are carefully packed and delivered to your site anywhere in the seven emirates, ready for installation on schedule.
Why our process matters
Control is the difference.
No outsourcing
Every step happens in our own unit, so nothing is lost between third parties.
Permanent colour
Firing fuses pigment into the tile; the finish never fades with use or sun.
Consistent quality
Handmade printing with in-house checks keeps every tile true to your design.
FAQ
Process questions.
Turnaround depends on order size and whether a physical sample is requested first, typically 3 to 7 business days.
Yes. For larger commercial orders we recommend a physical sample tile before committing to full production, so you can confirm colour and finish in person.
No. Every step, from screen preparation to kiln firing, happens at our own facility.
